Who We Are

What We Do

Why We Exist

We are innovators in manufacturing energy-efficient and sustainably constructed cabins, lodges and tiny homes, intertwining eco-friendliness with the comfort of modern living.

For almost 4 years in the industry, we’ve been creating healthy, modern, future-proofed homes for the housing or holiday industry, a quality that aligns seamlessly to promote both people-centered and planet-centered living.

Our vision is to educate those who are seeking greener cleaner living that green technology and off-grid living can 100% be paired with luxury and comfort.

Greener Materials & Technology

We hear the word ‘green’ and sometimes wince at how it’s often used to talk about eco-friendly things. We believe that our approach to construction, selecting the finest, most sustainable materials & technologies, truly provides our customers with a more environmentally-friendly standing, whatever model they select.

During the last 12 months, we’ve worked day & night, to research and develop new techniques, testing new materials and fittings, to ensure that we get the balance just right between sustainability, quality & luxury design. By using MVHRs from Systemair, we counter any build-up of dust particles that may affect asthma sufferers, it reduces condensation so it never builds up, whilst recovering up to 90% of heat, keeping a wonderfully warm ambient temperature inside even if it’s minus degrees outside.

On top of that, we use sustainable, well-sourced timbers, for the structural timbers which all come from FSC-managed forests, through to the Thermowood cladding which provides the owner with a 30-50 year lifespan. We use Steico wood-fibre underlay, which acts not only as a further insulator but has natural soundproofing too. There are no nasty fumes, VOCs of chemicals in almost the entire construction of the home, as we’ve managed to even tackle the flat-roof which may typically use difficult-to-recycle, or hazardous EPDM with a greener solution; Wolfin advanced hardy PVC membrane is 100% recyclable at the end of its life, plus it has a significant long lifespan, saving on retrofits or replacements down the line.

For our paints, we use ‘Tikkurila’ paints, which are effectively zero VOC, and even used on baby furniture, showing it’s eco-friendly, and low chemical ingredients. When you walk into any of our models, you’ll instantly notice the natural materials that do not smell harmful or odorous.

Supporting Holiday Parks During The Highest Energy Bills on Record!

In 2024, we have seen an all time record high of energy bills for both consumers and holiday park owners! With extensive gas and electric models costing close to £5,000-£8,000 per lodge, we knew it was time to support the parks with highly energy efficient designs to reduce bills down to a 5th of the price!

Below take a look at a like for like boiler comparison for standard lodges. You’ll see the boiler alone can become expensive even on cheap gas!

THC lodges are designed to offer a seamless, worry-free living experience so that holiday park owners can have the confidence that choosing a THC lodge means opting for a future where comfort, eco-friendliness, and energy savings go hand in hand.

Doing our bit

We are always doing our bit to reduce our carbon emissions by expertly reducing the amount of waste that comes from construction including the use of healthy sustainable materials that don’t increase our footprint. We offset as much of our carbon as possible by planting trees for each of our purchased units and monthly for our staff.
